From a small coastal kitchen dream to a thriving Roseville institution — here are the milestones that shaped Costa Vida.

2010

The First Door Opens

Costa Vida served its first guests at our original Roseville location, a cozy 40-seat dining room with a handwritten menu and a big coastal dream.

2013

Expanding the Costavida Menu

We grew our costavida menu from 30 to over 80 items, introducing signature seafood bowls, wood-fired dishes, and housemade sauces that became local favorites.

2016

Community Award & Recognition

Costa Vida was honored with the Roseville Community Excellence Award, recognizing our commitment to local sourcing, sustainability, and neighborhood engagement.

2019

Catering & Events Launch

We launched our full-service catering division, bringing fresh Costa Vida flavors to weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across Northern California.

2022

New Location & Renovation

We relocated to our current home at 1475 Eureka Rd, Suite 100 — a beautifully designed space that doubles our capacity and elevates the entire dining experience.

2024

50,000 Happy Guests

We celebrated a milestone: over 50,000 guests served. A moment of gratitude for every person who has shared a meal with us and made Costa Vida their own.
